Paula Tollett is a photographic artist based in Brighton, England.

Her Practice is informed by the study of the landscape and its association with time and memory. Her work begins autobiographically, exploring family narratives, identity and intimacy. Through the use of photography, Paula aims to understand the relationship between place attachment and the landscape.

The series ‘Dwelling’ is a current work in progress project exploring themes of time and memory. Drawing on personal emotions, the work is realised through 5x4 paper negatives that are made in the home she shares a connection with.

Paula has a BA degree in Photography and is currently studying her MA in photography at the University of Brighton. She has exhibited her work in the United Kingdom and has had her work published in Photograd, an online platform for emerging artists.
